Hello, I just did an update for my new Macbook Air. However, somehow after the update, it made me login, which I had disabled, and after it logged in sound wouldn't work.
I discovered the problem was that the system output was set to sound flower. I have no idea how or why, and hope it doesn't happen again, as I don't think there is any recourse for those who use Voiceover exclusively, as even Voiceover won't talk.
