Hello everyone,

I have noticed that my gmail account appears sluggish when navigating through
the messages or when opening a message to read.
I have used the suggested method of attempting to circumvent this issue by
using the keystroke VO-J, but it is not my preference, and it does not appear
to solve my problem.
Furthermore, I observe within my other accounts navigating and opening messages
is rapid and smooth with no problems at all.
In some cases I have to restart voiceover because when opening a message I am
uncertain if focus is placed on the text or if the message is even open. Has
anyone else experienced this problem? What other suggestions do other more
seasoned Mac users have? As a side note: I am using mail in classic view.
Thank you guys.

P.S. In response to the comments about Safari and Internet Explorer, I would
say it is best to keep both browsers around because in my case while Safari
works wonderfully with forms and more detailed areas of web navigation, IE
seems to be useful when searching or finding items Safari is not able to.
Recently I tried downloading a program, but Safari was not able to view the
page in its entirety, so this is where IE was handy. More tech tools in the
toolbox is not bad because it only broadens one's assistive technology
alternatives and uses.
