Here is what I have discovered.

My additional mailboxes are in a submenu now called on my Mac so instead of 
showing all my folders it sows the short list of standard folders.

My work around:
For move to folder for example, I do VO menu then message then first letter 
navigation for m and down cursor arrow to get move to sublist. Once activated 
with my VO space bar I type a first letter navigation of "o" for on my mac 
submenu list and then I can do first letter navigation for my mailbox name or 
cursor arrow.

It seems just a few added keystrokes front he prior.

Thanks for help and verification others are finding it awkward as well.
