Hello, My wife has been trying to sign up for this group for months now, but her membership never gets approved. We just reapplied about a week or two ago, and still there has been nothing. I'm not sure whom to contact about this, but she'd really like to be in this group since she is relatively new to using the Mac.
I just checked on her subscription status the other day and it still says "pending."
