Hi,

nope.  The only way you can reply is to interact with the mention or message in 
the notifications table and then perform a mouse click with VO shift spacebar.  
Then, Safari will open up to twitters page.  Not very efficient.  I think we 
should suggest Apple adds a feature that allows replies to tweets using ones 
default twitter client.
