I sort of got this working. I had to hit it a few times, but it eventually got 
me to my next appointment. It didn't take me to the one after that, but this is 
still good to keep in mind. I was hoping for some key combo to move between 
actual appointments; sorry, I should have specified that. I gather, though, 
that nothing of the kind exists yet, which is too bad.
