When you go into Vo Utilities, in the speech category, and select the Voices tab, you will see a line of choices for each type of voice--default, content, attribute, type, etc. As you arrow down the voices, Alex, Bruce, etc., you will find a "Customize," option. Press it, and then go through and check all the voices you want to download. Proceed to the Okay button, and give it some time; you'll get your new voices.
