Same here. Before I actually installed Mountain Lion, I called Apple, and they
told me that there probably wouldn't be any
issues. Sure enough, bootcamp started up just fine, and even my jaws
authorization was still in tact. The only weirdness was
that it claimed I had no internet connection, but when I ran my mud client and
internet explorer, both seemed to work
normally. So, I don't know why the system tray was lying to me, or if there
really is some kind of problem, but whatever is
happening, assuming anything is, it's so minor that I'm not inclined to worry
about it. I'm just thrilled that windows
started as expected and that jaws was still functional.
Thanks for your response, though. It is extremely appreciated.
Missy

I can still boot into Windows 7 on my Mac after installing Mountain Lion. Boot
Camp updated from version 4 to 5. I have not
run Windows programs to do a thorough check for problems, but no major
disasters so far.

install, and am hesitant to get rid of my SL drive to back up my current
settings. There are still a few things I use SL for,
most noteably add text to spoken track; I was never able to get that working as
expected under Lion.
