I just installed Mountain Lion, and it's simply amazing. Here's what I've noticed to be fixed or improved with VoiceOver. .VO now comes up speaking every time upon boot, unlike in Lion when you had to press CMD+Tab to see if it was running or not. .We now have access to menu bar apps, such as Dropbox, in an 'Extras' menu, accessed the same way you'd access the battery status, etc in Lion. .Notification Center is 100% accessible, as it is in iOS.
