I will add that the reason your student has been told to use Firefox with Blackboard is probably because of compatibility with the Blackboard system. Ideally, most university websites and related services (e.g. Blackboard) will use Internet Explorer, which I am almost certain has very little support for VoiceOver. I hope this helps, Harry
