Bbc radio 4 extra can be streamed on a mac computer. It has older shows no longer broadcast of mostly drama and comedy. The daily schedule page is the last of the 3 links below. One has to keep in mind that the time is 4 hours ahead of the eastern us. The regular radio 4 with similar but current shows from a broader range can also be streamed. If anyone would like those links just ask. The bbc also has a gazillion podcasts of many shows and specials. Ask also if you would like the link for those.
I have vlc installed which will play either of the following streaming formats. Itunes will play only the second of the two.
