Hi, Typing will be fine. Reading will depend on the windows access
technologies they provide you. I teach several, so let me know which they will
endorse and I will try to be more help.

Here are the windows text navigation and selection commends.
left or right one letter: left and right arrow,
left and right one word: control + left or right arrow,
Move to beginning or end of line: home or end keys,
Previous or next line: up and down arrow keys,
Previous or next sentence: control plus up or down arrows on some
configurations, or alt + up and down arrows on others,
Top or bottom of document: control + home or end keys,
To select text in any increment above, ad shift to the navigation command. For
example, to select one word to the right, press control shift right arrow.
To select all, press control A.
The bottom row layout of the standard windows keyboard from left to right runs:
control, windows key, alt, space, alt, windows, applications, control.
Keyboards with only 3 keys on the right hand side generally leave out the right
windows key. Keyboards with four keys on the left hand side generally have a
fn or function key to control hardware functions.

Hope this helps,
