Dear Listers,

I need your help badly.

I have a DSL modem router. I have connected to it via an ethernet
cable a time capsule through which I have created a wireless network
in my home. I have just tried to enable back to my mac via the Airport
utility but as zoo has I have done so, I get a message that there is a
double-NAT problem on the network which makes things run slowly. I can
see by looking at the dsl router settings that indeed NAT is enabled
there, and it would appear that NAT is also enabled on the time
capsule. I thought I would switch off the NAT on the router but that
stopped my access to the internet altogether. I am quite green as it
comes to these things. So my question is, how do I resolve this? When
I've looked at the configurations of my time capsule, it gives me an
option of putting the time capsule in bridge mode. Is that what I need
to do? How do I resolve the question of double-NAT?

I'd appreciate any suggestions. this is a very steep curve for me so
if you would bear it mind, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks a lot.

Andrew
