Hi Rahul,

Within the Criteria Scroll area, you can click the Add Criteria button and 
another selection will appear.  That is, there will now be two choices of 
criteria, one that can be "To" and another that can be "cc".  Now, I'm just 
trying to remember if that is an "and" or an "or" comparison.  I'm not 
positive.  I would try it this way first but if it doesn't work properly, then 
it's most likely an "and" function where both need to be met.   If that is the 
case, then simply create another rule for the "cc" option thus the "or" 
function will be satisfied.
