Depending on how your keyboard's function keys are set--either hardware or software functions, you can also rewind and fast forward in Itunes with F7 and F9 respectively, held down. Please note that pressing F7 or F9 once will take you to the beginning or end of your track respectively, so don't blame me if you do what I do all the time and fail to hold them down, and get really irked that you've accidentally wound up at the beginning or end, instead of rewinding for ten or fifteen seconds. You've been warned. :)
