Ricardo, While what you said might be true, it is equally true that the new iPhone will take at least 6 months to release here in India. And we also can't be sure that the price of the 4S will decrease, because the price of the iPhone 4 (8GB) which was released along with the 4S is actually more than that of the 16 GB iPhone 4 which was being sold before the release of the 4S.
