HI all, For anyone interested I managed to extract soundtrack movie with garageband.
Basically you paste movie file from finder into an empty project. IT will create a media track and a instrument track called soundtrack. If you delete media track after making sure you are interacting with its header the rest can be shared to iTunes as a mp3 or arc or ay audio format you have set up.
