Hi Veronica. Well, I guess it's broken; no biggy but now I can't get the greeting to go back to the default. I decided to do what you did. I typed in a new greeting and checked the box for having the greeting spoken. It keeps unchecking itself when I go back in and look. Now if I turn VoiceOver off and turn it back on, I get the tutorial. I should have left well alone. That's what I get for playing around here.
