I usually get it all the time when I press the two left and right arrow keys together. I already enabled that aspect inside the VO configuration. I did experience an oddity yesterday where the letter commands wouldn't work but the vertical keys worked with the web rooter and I could left and right arrow without holding down the VO keys. I cycled VO off and back on and then I got the single letter commands back. Not sure what was up with that.
