Thanks. Unfortunately, I don't own an IOS device, just my macbook, and I don't think that having an IToy would solv these particular problems anyway. I called apple, and she helped me fill out forms for Itunes store. I think that in future, I'll ask for the email address I need to contact if I ever have these kinds of problems again. Still haven't heard back from Itunes, but it's only been a couple of hours, so I won't worry yet. In the mean time, I really need to quit buying music anyway, so this is a good reason to start behaving myself. LOL!

When you call Apple support, they will most likely give you the URL or email address to follow through with. It's stuff like this I wish I could deal with in person on the phone; generally lots quicker that way. You might also try obtaining these tracks from an IOS device if you have one and sync over the cloud.
