It is navigation intensive at times, especially if you don't turn cursor tracking off and stay in the message window. One thing I am hoping to find out is whether they have fixed the bug that silences the "message received," sound when your focus is in the message window--I wanna hear the sound for every message I get, whether I'm in the Skype window or not. But I haven't had this version long enough yet to get a message. :) I'm just not popular like the rest of you... However, I believe that I'd call it accessible, if a bit klujy for VO users.
