It seems to jump to the right column which is one long table. Not sure why they marked it up that way but it means VO will announce a lot of useless column and row info because they used a table for layout rather than modern markup. That said, if the stuff in the table isn't interesting you can just jump by header VO-Command-h to get to the text description stuff.
