Hello Daniela,

Here's how to rename a Pages document on an iPhone, I assume it works the same 
way with an iPad. Warning: you need a steady hand.

You have to select Documents, then in the list of documents, the one you've 
just created will be called something like Blank, probably followed by a 
number. Place one finger on the one you wish to rename, toggle VoiceOver off, 
double-tap with that one finger, then toggle VoiceOver back on again. You'll be 
in an edit field which is the file name. Type the new name, then tap Done.
