Hi Jason and others!
Jason, the one thing I played with that seemed just a bit fuzzy was when to type the Command-shift-D to get the file on the desktop. I did this after typing command-S. Then I had to navigate back to the text area to type the name. When I hit enter after typing the name, I did not get the dialog asking if I wanted to accept the .url extension. But the shortcut did appear on my desktop. When I opened that shortcut, I got a message from core services about text edit creating the file and then after all of that, I got complaints about the certificate of the web site I put in. If it's this crazy to do, I may just stick with bookmarks. Is there a way to copy a url from a page we're visiting to a clipboard and enter it into a text file by pasting?
