Could you kind of give me an idea of how to use it better.  

I try to change the dates of the reminders but that seems like a big hassle and 
I sure could use some help.

Also, I think you were the one that was trying to teach me about the message 
headers.  I am using the command O to open messages now and if you could be so 
kind, I could use a baby step tutorial on how to reply to a specific sender and 
not the list again.  I know you tried before but could you give me another 
chance?
