Ditto, I do this as soon as I hear the tri tone and worked every time so far.

Hi everyone,
I spoke to someone at Apple and was able to get clarification on the gesture.
It's very strange that it works every time in Messages and Mail, but in Music,
it seems to have some trouble.
So first, find where the item is on the screen. Move your finger until you find
it. Then do the double tap and hold on the second tap. The trick is that as
quickly as you can, right at the end of the triple click sound, slide your
finger to the right. So don't wait or anything, as soon as you hear the triple
click tone, slide your finger to the right.
When I did this, I got the delete confirmation more often than before. It's not
perfect, but at least it's working more effectively for me now.
Good luck.

Helo everyone. I struggled with this also. I found that if I double tap and
hold with one finger and make a small quick movement immediately after I hear
the tone, the prompt will show up and you will be able to delete the elbum or
podcast.

Hi,

the accessibility team says it's a bug between VoiceOver and iOS that it
doesn't work reliably using a swipe to the right as you described. They try to
fix it.

I found two ways to do it anyway:
1. Switch off VoiceOver and put your finger on the right place for ruffly one
second. Then move the finger to the right. Then you can switch on VoiceOver
again and click on the confirm delete button.

2. You are presumably a user of iTunes Match. Switch off iTunes Match on your
iPhone and delete content manually via iTunes. Afterwards you can switch
iTunes Match on again.

All the best
Jürgen

DearChris.

It is difficult doing what you have asked as I have tried several times and by
the way you are following what others have said on the list and some people get
it to work but I can't. If any one else has a better method, please let us
know.

Hello all.
The subject line says it all. How do I delete a specific album from the iPhone?
I went into music, went to the artists tab, double tapped on the artist I am
interested in, tried to double tap and hold then while holding swipe to the
right on the album I wish to delete, but I wasn't able to delete it. I've tried
several times. Please advise. Thanks!
