Dear All, Please forgive the cross list posting, for those who do not know what Sonos is, please disregard and delete... No need for a follow up, what is it message... If you wish to know more about it read at: www.sonos.com
For quite some time now I have been in contact with senior folk at Sonos to make them sort out their act with regards to accessibility from the point of view of their currently inaccessible controllers. These controllers are available on Mac, Windows, iOS and Android devices, hence the cross list posting. None of them are fully accessible, and most are only just partially accessible. Despite Sonos's senior people assuring me that they were working towards fixing this, I've seen nothing other than empty promises and effectively lip service. Worse still, their numerous updates to their software has not only given no accessibility improvements, but worse still, the latest Mac release makes things much, much worse. I would very much appreciate any one who has a desire to see Sonos resolve this to reply to me, so that I can inform them of just how many users are experiencing this issue. Please reply, but, remove the to address and change it to: for...@talknav.com let me know your experiences and thoughts, as I am seriously now thinking of mounting a legal challenge. Kindly.
