hello shawn. I performed this Growl procedure months ago, using skype 5.3, another Skype correspondant made me hear his system reading messages by Growl and I was really impressed. But, it did not work to me at all! I used it with 5.5 too, nothing worked I'll try it with last version. I mean, the voice just repeats: "*contact says" without telling me the message content I'll install newest skype when coming home this evening, now my macbook pro has skype 5.2, I just downgraded because skype 5.5 gave me problems
