Well, I don't have an air, but they are so small and light you could just get a little case to wear across your body. When the laptop is not in use, toss it in the case; when it is, you will have your hands on it anyway, so no problem. This way, when you aren't using it, it will be tucked away in a case that is against your side so you know what is happening with it. Just my thoughts.
