The other option is to use the item chooser. If for example, you want the phone number for one of your contacts, navigate to them in the contacts list. Press control option I to bring up the item chooser. start typing phone. before you have finished typing you will be left with a list of the phone numbers such as home phone or mobile phone. Press enter on the one you want, then navigate right once to the number. This becomes very natural after a while and beats the pants off of interacting with this that and the other thing, navigating through all the fields to get what you want, then doing it all over again for the next VCard. Interact with this. You will be on the full name of the contact entry. VO right arrow once and you will here, "Contact Information scroll area".
