Hi, I think its a bit to early for that. Apple would naturally talk about the things that the most people would be interested in at this stage in the game. Voiceover would only be of importance to a handful of people, and wouldn't generate much anticipation for the Mountain Lion release. I'm guessing They might release more information about new features, including Voiceover, the closer we get to the release of Mountain Lion.
