Hello List: How do I go about printing an invoice from the Apple store? I log into my account and successfully see my orders. I click on the Print Invoice link for an order but nothing happens. I get no dialogs or anything. Actually what I want to do is to generate a PDF of the invoice from the Printer dialog. I have no printer attached to this machine. I know how to generate the PDF but just can't get a dialog coming up when I activate the Print Invoice link.
