Hello Ioana, The only resource I can think of about KeyNote is an episode of the VoiceOver on podcast in which I participated last year. It is episode 7 from February 2011.
Apart from that, I don't really know how I can help you. It all depends on what you're trying to do. Are you using images, or just text? If it's just text, that podcast should help.
