OK.

Go into windows and if you are using jaws 12, go into the new Settings centre, 
and set the insert mode to check, then make sure special caps lock is removed 
and make it go to the key you want jaws key to be.

I did this from memory so I hope it works.  If the list have better 
altermatives please share.
