Yep, that's a good indication. Also, at the log-on screen, you're placed in a list of all the accounts on your computer you can log in to, which you could use the arrow keys to go through, and if you press the down arrow a few times and only hear one name, yours, that's another way to tell you're the only account on the computer. Anyway, sounds like you got it fixed, so all's well.
