I get a "page doesn't exist," error, but one thing you might try is interacting with that section of text, command A to select all, then copy that. If you can get VO to read the entire paragraph without stopping, including the link, you might try copying the last heard phrase to the clipboard with VO Shift C, but I don't know how much that will work.
