There's a little process much documented on an article but i just took the
essential and didn't keep the bookmark.

Here goes:

First create a smart playlist with two rules. First being to check for tracks
which have found a match on icloud. The second is to get tracks which bitrate
is under 256k.

Once you got that, your playlist will have all the tracks that need be replaced
by higher bitrates. You then have too choose all of them and delete them.

Once that's done, update your itunes match via the menu bar/store and wait for
the new files to download.

Best regards,

Yuma
