Hi, Johnny, Although I haven't had a chance to spend too much time with a Bible program that I have on my iPhone 4, I have been told by another blind iPhone user that it is very, very accessible.
The Bible program is called "Youversion," and I believe that you will find everything you need at www.youversion.com. I hope that this works out for you.
