The Kindle keyboard is sort of accessible. The Nook is totally not accessible. Apple does not have a stand alone reader, but IBooks on the Idevices is very accessible. Kindle for pc with accessibility plug in is sort of accessible, that is, you can read books but you can't do the sort of navigation you'd need to do if you want to use it, say, as a student for reviewing line by line or word by word etc. Other tools are barely accessible or not at all accessible. IBooks is definitely the most accessible of the bunch at this time MHO.
