Hi there, Airfoil allows you to capture the audio on your Mac and send it wirelessly to an Airplay receiver. Apple iTunes lets you send your music and Airfoil lets you send pretty much anything else. You can choose to collect the audio from a specific application or broadcast your whole system output.
