If you have an iPhone 4S then you have to check out the Vocal app. You have to download the iPhone portion for $1.99 from the iOS app store. Search for Vocal, you want the one by Matthew Roberts. Then download the Mac component from http://mtrbts.me/vocal/
Unfortunately I can't find a way to access the advanced features of the Mac app, such as the custom bookmarks view, but the developer seems cool.
