Scott,
Thank you so much for your help. It was a great explanation and I did it with
no problems!

Nancy,

Well if you download the files and have a DMZ, I'm going to be really
impressed. :) You actually will have (I assume) a number of DMG files.
When you open a DMG, which is essentially a disk image, you will have some
files. You may have some documentation, a single application, or a pkg. So,
lets start with just an application.
So, you have this app called InstallMe. Now InstallMe generally has an
extension of dot app, but that is not important and you won't see it unless you
have change the default behavior of Finder. So, you would just copy InstallMe
and paste it into your Applications folder. You do not have to necessarily
install it there, but I recommend you do so to keep track of things.
So, once you copy it there that is all you have to do.
Now if you have a PKG file, this is an installer package that you run (do not
copy this file to your applications folder) Once you launch the installer
package you will be guided through the steps for installing the application.
THe application is by default going to be installed in Applications.
Finally you can eject the DMG files from your desktop once you have finished
with them. I do not recommend you run the apps from within the disk image
either.
I hoe that helps.

Ok, so I purchased the bundle we have been talking about. It is downloading
now. I know that when it is finished, I will have a dmz on my downloads
folder. I am not clear what to do with it in order to install it and make the
apps work. Can someone please give me simple, clear directions using voice
over? I am nervous because I haven't done this before.
