Hi there!
You could write the text you want to be spoken in say text edit!
Then use the add to Itunes as a spoken track then if I'm not mistaken you can 
then import it to GB from there!
Unless someone tells you different!
There is a option for adding as a spoken track in the keyboard shortcuts in 
system pref's in the service's part of the table and if this is not active I 
think you can make your own key combination to make this run!
