I am using Fusion 3 but this what works for me. 1. Start windows in Fusion. The easiest way I found to do this was to go to my Home directory by pressing command hhift H from the desktop and hen navigating first of all to documents then virtual machines and then Windows 7. Now press command shift T to add this to Dock. 3. Now pressing VO D will take you to the Dock, type win and you should land on Windows 7 and then press return. 4. fusion will start and start to load windows. 5. This is assuming you have a screen reader already loaded in Windows. The key is to put Windows into full screen mode by pressing control command and Return. 6. Personally I find you need to turn voiceover ver off before doing this because of key conflicts. 7. To return to the Mac press control command and return again to leave full screen mode and then you can use turn Voiceover on again.
