Same here! Most new music scares me a little. I'm an 80's kid, and have almost
all of that stuff I like on CD.

I have to confess....

I don't listen to new music. The way the music industry is now, these weird
artists who can't even speak a decent word of
english and in their lyrics appear so threatening, you're almost frightened to
turn on your hifi in fear of being CD abused
lol.

I hunt down the collections of the music I grew up with and OK it can be
expensive at times, but in time to come, I'd like my
kids (if ever I have any) to grow up knowing that the music I grew up in and
worked in has a bloomin good effect.

all extremely appreciated.

though, I don't see a reason to have to go throughout the trouble of backing up
your purchases.
