Thanks for that tip. As it turns out, after trying it a few times and getting the timing down, I either get the software version or the word button. So I did what I should have done in the first place. Slowed the voice down to six percent and recorded it. Now I'll braille it on something. The apple folks like to have that serial number before they get started on the apple care line.e Thanks so much. This is a great list.
