Yes you did answer this question a couple of days ago, but as I said in my 
latest message on my Mac when I go into system preferences, keyboard, and   
then the keyboard tab there is no check box for using the F keys for software 
functions.  That is why I asked if there was anyone on the list that was using 
this particular model keyboard, and if so if they were able to enable the F key 
functionality.
