Hi Scott, Many VO users have reported great success with YoruFukurou which is available from the Mac App Store for free. I manage two Twitter accounts with it. The only thing I've had an issue with is the insertion point moving around when I try to put in an @ mention or hash tag. This aside, it works very well.
