Hi, There is definitely a problem with Voiceover and Safari/webkit as far as this busy thing is concerned. Apple Is aware of the issue. Now its just a matter of the issue being resolved. From what I've heard from others, It seems to be a issue with Safari not voiceover. But for the end user, thats just book keeping.
