I've also seen ISP SPAM filters kick in, blocking mail before it even
got to the mail client. Had this problem with Cox mail servers once
where email was getting moved to their spam folder but you couldn't tell
from the mail client. Only way to find out was to go to their webmail
interface and check their spam folder.
